Rooted in understanding ancient practices,
with a groundswell approach to trees on farms.
Interlace Commons’ mission is to promote the adoption of agroforestry land-use practices that address climate change and land degradation and move toward resilient, biodiverse landscapes that enhance livelihoods. We achieve our mission through farmer-driven field projects, education, and research initiatives throughout the Northeastern United States.
Sharing knowledge
with others.
Our programs put agroforestry skills into the hands of the community to share freely with farming, conservation, and forestry peers.
Adding stability
to farming.
We believe that the path to more sustainable land use begins at the intersection of agriculture, forestry, and academics.
Solving modern problems with ancient techniques.
Agroforestry centers on site-specific combinations of crops, trees, and animals that allow each species and the land to flourish.
Bach hedyn pob mawredd.
